Wood Doors

Wood panel doors are excellent, all-around door value in terms of cost, appearance and function. Wood panel doors offer years of dependable service, strength and the design versatility to complement the architectural aesthetics of most buildings.

Specifications: Stiles and rails are 1-3/8" thick kiln-dried Hemlock lumber; meeting rails have rabbeted weather joint. Panels are 5.5 mm (1/4") Mahogany panels. Finished sections are sanded and ready for paint. Replacement sections are available in either 1-3/8" or 1-5/8" thickness.

Wood flush doors consisting of a kiln-dried wood frame with 5.5mm (1/4") crezone plywood on the face of the door and mahogany plywood inside with water-proof glue to provide tough, durable and smooth surfaces inside and out. Construction provides increased compression strength.

Specifications: Flush Insulated panel door constructed of Kiln dried Hemlock, Grande C and Better Lumber frame 1-1/4" thick, with 5" End styles, 2" Centre styles, 5" Bottom rails, 2" Top rails and 8 panel wide, Faced with 1/4" waterproof Mahogany Plywood, glued and stapled on both sides Insulated with 1" styrofoam, finished thickness is a standard 1-3/4"
